Anonymous: I have a question. My dads saying that Trudeaus implemented a new federal law that cops can go to someones house 2 hours after drinking and driving and make them do a breathalyzer test and charge them. Looking it up I can't seem to find anything about this though- do you have any idea what he's talking about?
